White Label Local SEO Service: Deliverables, Pricing, Reporting

A white label local SEO service covers Google Business Profile management, citations, review management, location pages and a monthly client report, all delivered under your agency’s name. It suits agencies with multi-location clients who want to resell local SEO without building a map pack team of their own. A local SEO reseller is simply an agency that sells local SEO to its clients and outsources the delivery. In a typical month, we fix and update each listing, publish profile content, draft review replies for approval, and send you a branded report. If you are a business owner choosing an agency rather than reselling one, read How to Choose a Local SEO Agency instead.

What a white label local SEO service includes

A complete white label local SEO service has six deliverables:

  1. Google Business Profile audit, fixes and ongoing management for every location
  2. Citation cleanup and NAP consistency across 50+ directories
  3. Review management, including a request flow and drafted replies
  4. Location pages, one unique page per location
  5. Monthly GBP posts, photos and Q&A upkeep
  6. Map pack tracking and a branded monthly report

Shivi Tech delivers this from Ahmedabad for agencies with clients in the UK and US, on programmes from 3 to 50 locations. We use tools such as BrightLocal and Whitespark for citations and rank tracking, and Google Search Console for page-level data. For the wider picture of reselling SEO, see our guide to what white label SEO is and what it costs. The rest of this post follows the deliverables month by month.

Month 1: setup and audit

The first 30 days are about access, a baseline and fixing what is broken. You add us as a manager on each profile. Your client keeps ownership.

GBP audit and fixes

We check every profile against the Google Business Profile guidelines. The audit covers primary and secondary categories, services, hours, attributes, photos, the business name, duplicate listings and verification status. Business names stuffed with keywords get corrected, because they risk suspension. Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence, as its local ranking guidance explains, so a complete, accurate profile is the foundation. Every change is logged, so you can show your client exactly what was done.

Citation cleanup

Next we audit name, address and phone (NAP) consistency using BrightLocal or Whitespark. We merge duplicates, correct wrong listings and add missing ones in relevant directories. Fifty consistent citations on relevant sites beat hundreds of inconsistent ones on junk directories. We record a baseline for citation errors, profile views and calls, so month 3 and month 6 have something to be compared against.

Month 2-3: build

With the foundation clean, we build the assets that win map pack visibility.

Location pages

Each location gets its own page with unique copy, address, map, hours, services, team details and local FAQs, linked from a location hub. We avoid near-identical pages that only swap the city name, because they add little value. Copy comes from our content and copywriting team. The structure works for storefronts and service-area businesses alike, such as HVAC marketing and law firm marketing programmes.

Review process

We set up a request flow: an SMS or email sent after each job or visit, linking straight to that location’s Google review page. There are no incentives and no filtering of unhappy customers, which Google’s policies do not allow. We draft a reply to every review, and you or your client approve it before it goes live. The aim is steady monthly volume, not a one-off push.

Ongoing monthly work

From month 4, each month typically includes:

  • Weekly or fortnightly GBP posts and fresh photos for each location
  • Q&A monitoring and a check for unwanted profile edits
  • Drafted review replies
  • Citation monitoring for new errors
  • Location page refreshes
  • Grid rank tracking and suspension monitoring

Local SEO compounds, and consistent delivery is what keeps clients renewing. We cover that in our guide to white label SEO programs and client retention.

What a client-ready local report shows

Reports carry your logo and your colours and none of ours. They open with a one-page summary, then break down each location.

Calls, direction requests, map rankings

  • Calls, direction requests, website clicks and messages from each Google Business Profile
  • Map pack rankings across a grid of 50-100 points, not a single check from the office
  • Search Console clicks to location pages
  • Reviews: new reviews, average rating and response rate
  • Work completed this month and priorities for next month

Calls and direction requests come first because clients measure enquiries and visits, not rankings. Rankings explain the movement, and the first two metrics prove it.

Pricing per location

Local SEO usually costs a white label partner between $150 and $400 per location per month, plus a one-off setup fee per location. <!– CONFIRM: replace with Shivi Tech’s actual rate card before publishing –> Volume lowers the per-location rate, so ten locations cost less each than two. Agencies commonly target a margin of 40% or more on top of that, covering account management and reporting time. Engagements run month to month with no lock-in.

What changes the price per location

  • Competition: a dentist in a dense city needs more work than a plumber in a small town
  • Number of locations: volume tiers reduce the per-location rate
  • Storefront or service area: service-area businesses need more careful setup
  • Page and review volume: more location pages and higher review volume add effort
  • Reporting extras: call tracking or custom dashboards cost more

FAQs

How many locations can you handle? We run programmes from 3 to 50 locations. Adding a location means onboarding it, so you can scale as you win clients.

Who manages review replies? We draft every reply. You or your client approve before posting, and urgent negative reviews are flagged promptly.

Do you need GBP access? Yes, manager access, not ownership. Your client stays the owner and invites us through the profile’s access settings.

What if a listing is suspended? We identify what triggered it, such as the name, address, category or a guideline issue, prepare the fix and submit the reinstatement request through Google’s process. Google decides the timing, so we keep you updated and cannot promise one. Our audit aims to prevent most suspensions.

How are results tracked? Through Google Business Profile performance data, grid rank tracking and Search Console, plus call tracking where your client uses it. All of it lands in one branded monthly report.
